Everything was great (for packing and quality of the product), only non-satisfy was for the delivery time as after i make the payment and query for the delivery only they mention to me no stock at their warehouse and it may wait longer time for delivery. So maybe next time superbuy can mention it on their page so that for those need their purchase urgently able do the right decision. Anyway it still worth to buy from superbuy.

Tried keeping hot water to test if product can use to keep soup hot. Less than 4 hrs, all cold already. Think not recommended to use to keep liquid.

Yes, Homewave Vacuum Insulated can keep the food hot for at least 4 hours even if it is in air con room. The warranty period is limited to 1 week after the good being received. You can test it immediately once you got the goods.

Homewave is our own brand and this is an OEM products.
