Q1：Why should I take Kinohimitsu J’pan Collagen Diamond 5300 Drink when I can obtain collagen in the diet?
A1：Food such as beef tendon, chicken wing, chicken skin, etc. contain collagen. However, they also contain a higher amount of fats which are not recommended to take regularly. The collagen molecules of these foods are at 300,000 to 500,000 daltons which are not easily absorbed into skin.
