It's a Thermos vacuum flask, it just works. Cold is held for around 11-12 hours in my experience. Pouch and strap are pretty handy. Neat design.

Q : What about hot water? or any hot drink? is it 2 layer thermos?

A : hi there, sorry will not suggest for fill in warm water, this bottle design to keep cold, the bottle cover is not design for warm or hot water. thanks
