1. You shall receive email notification from Superbuy after your redemption order has been submitted successfully.

2. To track your order status, you may logon to your Superbuy account and click "My Account" to view all your redemption request and the corresponding shipping status.


1. Superbuy will deliver your Gift Items within seven (7) business days upon order submitted.

2. You are required to provide a valid mailing address. Changes on address is not allowed once the redemption order has been submitted.

3. No delivery will be made to P.O.Box and any addresses outside Malaysia.

4. You shall contact Superbuy if failed to receive redeem item after fourteen (14) business days from the date of the redemption order. Redeemed item will be considered as received in good condition if no report made by the eighteenth (18th) business day from the redemption order.  

5. If you are unavailable to receive the items redeemed at the point of delivery, you are required to liaise directly with the appointed courier agent to rearrange for re-delivery within three (3) business days from the date of attempted delivery. 


1. You are advised to open and inspect the item(s) on the same day as you receive your item. 

2. If the redeem item(s) arrived are damaged or faulty, please contact Superbuy Support Centre at 03–80905066 within twenty four (24) hours upon receipt of item. 

3. Superbuy will deliver the replacement unit within fourteen (14) business days upon receipt of the damaged or faulty item. Item(s) must be returned in unopened with original packaging.
