How do I place an order?
After you have added your items to the Shopping Cart, just follow the simple checkout steps and we'll get your order processed right away. You can also save items in your Shopping Cart or to your Wishlist to access at a later date.  

How can I check the status of my order?
You can check your order status at the following link. We process your order within 3 business days of receiving it. After it has been processed and approved, you will receive email notification when your order has been shipped. This will contain carrier and tracking information for you to refer.
You may also access "My Account" from the Superbuy website. This link is located in the upper right corner of the website.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order should you need to cancel or modify it. However, if the order has already been shipped or processed, no changes and cancellations is allowed to be made. If you still need to cancel your order, you are required to :
 (a) return the item within our 3-day return policy once you have received the product. Product must be in its original packaging which also includes free gifts,etc.(if any)
 (b) be charged a cancellation fee of RM10. The money refunded to you will minus out the cancellation fee incurred 
Cancellations are not accepted on certain brands and/or products, like some furniture, oversized pieces, custom items and/or special order items (those with long lead times or on backorder), and these products are labeled as such on their individual product description pages. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more info. 
Is there a warranty on the products I purchase?
All products sold on www.superbuy.my are subject to the warranty policies of their respective manufacturers.
Payment Options : Currency & Pricing 
The currency currently used for transactions at Superbuy is Malaysia Ringgit (MYR).
Superbuy also accepts international orders too. For international orders, you may refer to the final payment value to be paid during the checkout page.
Am I safe to pay using credit cards at Superbuy?
Your credit card details are protected according to our Privacy and Security Policy.
When you submit your details to us over the Internet, you will be directed to a secured site under the industry-standard SSL.
Under certain circumstances, further details such as credit card holder's name, credit card number, and fixed line number will be requested by Superbuy management for further verification.
Superbuy would not request any passwords either through e-mail or phone call.
Superbuy reserves the rights to cancel or reject any transactions when the purchaser or credit card holder's fails to produce any verifications. 
Payment Methods & Options

Payment Method 1 : Bank Transfer / Internet Banking
You can pay for your order through an automatic debit to our bank accounts with Internet Banking. With this option, you can cash in to any of the following banks:


  • Maybank (Maybank2u)
  • CIMB bank (CIMB clicks)
  • Public Bank


To pay for the Items purchased at Superbuy:


  1. Add the products to your shopping cart and check-out. 
  2. Choose Payment Method as "Maybank2u" or "CIMB clicks" or "Hong Leong Bank" for Bank transfer; OR
  3. Choose "Cash Bank-In" for offline bank-in or interbank transfer. Bank account number will be given upon confirmation via e-mail.
  4. Check your order and "Confirm" it. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from Superbuy within minutes.


Payment Method 2 : Prepaid / Debit / Credit Card / E-Wallet
Credit card Accepted: MasterCard, Visa Card, and American Express.
E-Wallet Accepted: Touch 'n Go and Boost
Your credit card / E-Wallet online payment will be charged only when your order is processed and confirmed.
To pay for the Items purchased at Superbuy:
  1. Add the products to your shopping cart and check-out. 
  2. At Payment Method, select either "MASTER", "VISA", "VISA CHECKOUT", and/or "AMERICAN EXPRESS" for your payment
Kindly take note that you must obtain your 3D secure password/pin before proceeding to pay if you are using a credit card issued by the following bank:

Import Duties, Taxes, and Other Custom Related Charges
Your order may be subject to tax and other import duties charges. All such additional charges will not be reflected in the Shopping Cart or Order Confirmation, and therefore will be borne by the purchaser of the product.
In addition, Superbuy will not be responsible for any orders that are not able to clear your local customs for whatever reason. Therefore, make sure the product that you have ordered complies with your local laws and regulations. We recommend that you check with your local customs office for further information.
Superbuy will list all items (brief info only) and its value on a customs form, which will be attached to the delivery box.
Additional costs or delays may occur during international trade. We sincerely hope that buyers do not use additional import costs or customs clearance delays as a reason for requesting refunds or leaving negative feedback.
