Superpoints Redemption & Usage

What is Superpoint?
Superpoint is a little bonus reward for our members for any purchases made at Superbuy. For every RM 1 spent when you shop at Superbuy, entitles you to earn ONE(1) Superpoint. 

What can I purchase with Superpoints?
You can purchase all items at Superbuy excluding Vouchers, Gift Cards, and Mobile Reloads. 

When do I receive my Superpoints?
Superpoints will automatically be credited into your Superbuy account within seven(7) days after you have successfully received all your orders.
If you have cancelled your order or requested a refund (regardless of any issues), the Superpoints will be voided and invalid.
You will receive Superpoints for any purchase excluding Vouchers, Gift Cards, and Mobile Reloads. 

Is there an expiry date for Superpoints?
Yes. Your Superpoints will automatically be expired after 3 years from the date you have purchased. 

What is the exchange rate of the Superpoints?
1,000 Superpoints = RM 10

What can I do with my Superpoints?
You can purchase and redeem any products that you want from Superbuy!

How can I redeem my Superpoints?

1. Login to your Superbuy account.
2. Go to "My Accounts", and under the "My Orders" tab, click "Redeem Coupon"
3. Fill in your valid e-mail, and the total value of Superpoints in Ringgit Malaysia that you want to redeem. A minimum of 1,000 Superpoints (RM10) is required to redeem.
4. An e-mail will be sent to you, along with the Gift Voucher Code of the value that you have redeemed in Step 2.
5. Browse and shop anything you like, and enter the Voucher Code at the checkout to redeem the value.

 How can I check my Superpoints balance?

Go to "My Accounts", and under the "My Orders" tab, you can view your balance points at the corner right of the table.

Can I exchange my Superpoints to cash?
Unfortunately, Superpoints are NOT EXCHANGEABLE for cash :(

Step-by-Step Guidelines

1. Login to your Superbuy account.

2. Go to "My Accounts", and under the "My Orders" tab, click "Redeem Coupon"
